What you will do
- Review and administer complex fiduciary accounts according to governing documents.
- Manage client relationships, maintain regular contact, understand client needs, and drive asset re-discovery.
- Profile clients and establish goals, objectives, and risk parameters.
- Track regulatory and operational updates, document exceptions, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Lead and mentor account administrators while supporting collaboration and departmental goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of trust administration experience, or a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with 3+ years of trust administration experience.
- Experience administering complex fiduciary accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Nice to have
- Experience with trust accounting systems.
- CTFA, CFP, or a similar professional designation.
