Estimator (Utility Infrastructure)

Location: Harrisburg, PA; Pembroke, NH; South Windsor, CT; or Washington, PA. East Coast region with 25% travel required.

What you will do

• Evaluate bid specifications and construction drawings to identify project requirements.
• Prepare accurate estimates for underground utility infrastructure projects.
• Follow up with subcontractors to obtain bids.
• Work with project management teams to review bids and budgets and support business closure.
• Maintain timely, organized, and detail-oriented estimating work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering with 3–5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Estimating experience or exposure to the utility industry.
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicles driven and an acceptable driving record.
• Solid Microsoft Office experience and advanced Excel knowledge.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and comfort working with numbers.
