Revenue Cycle Insights Management Technical Director (Healthcare)

Location: Chicago, United States; predominantly remote with occasional travel for internal or client meetings. Current permanent US work authorization is required.

Base salary: $185,000–$225,000 annually. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive: $231,250–$303,750.

What you will do

• Build and deliver Insights as a Service offerings for healthcare consulting capabilities.
• Design and implement advanced data processes and scalable solutions for healthcare use cases.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams across data engineering, application engineering, data science, and AI engineering.
• Manage the technical roadmap and executive reporting for consulting leadership.
• Develop analytics-based offerings, technical assets, proprietary methodologies, and interactive dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and identify actionable strategies from data and insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, healthcare informatics, mathematics, statistics, finance, technical analytics, healthcare analytics, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant healthcare consulting experience.
• Strong analytical skills with large, comprehensive datasets and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
• 5–6+ years of experience with SQL and Python.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Snowflake and data transformation frameworks such as dbt.
• Experience using AI in data and analytics workflows, data visualization tools, and collaboration with technical engineering resources.

Nice to have

• Experience working with healthcare datasets including claims, financial performance, and clinical data.
• Recent healthcare consulting, analytics, or technical experience in a team-based professional services environment.
