What you will do

• Lead all site functions for the Medicare Advantage member acquisition program.
• Drive internal and client KPI performance and high-quality service delivery.
• Manage local talent acquisition, licensing, training, and employee engagement functions.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to build a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
• Track operational and facility budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and vendor management, including networking and equipment.

Requirements

• Experience in operations management within a Medicare Advantage member acquisition or retention environment.
• Proven leadership and team management experience with a focus on mentorship and professional development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
