Content Creator (Fashion)

What you will do

• Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and polish Reels, TikToks, IGTV videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and other digital assets.
• Create content for product launches, brand partnerships, in-store events, influencer activations, and social media channels.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to the External Creator Network while scouting, evaluating, and onboarding new talent.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, Marketing, Retail, Talent Acquisition, Photography, Studio Operations, and Merchandising teams.
• Maintain and evolve hirify.global’s brand voice, visual identity, and fashion aesthetic across digital properties.
• Contribute data-driven insights, apply AI-powered creative tools, and identify emerging digital content trends.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in photography, videography, content editing, and content strategy.
• Exceptional fashion and model photography skills; retail or e-commerce experience is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, and platform-specific content optimization.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment and travel as needed to capture and direct content.
