What you will do

  • Lead analytical studies and programming for real-world evidence and health economics research plans.
  • Analyze claims, electronic health records, clinical trial, hospital, survey, and other real-world datasets using traditional and AI/ML methodologies.
  • Co-lead study protocols, database query guidelines, statistical analysis plans, and research reports.
  • Manage external vendors, data licensing, research platforms, project budgets, and external scientific partnerships.
  • Support value dossiers, formulary submissions, advisory meetings, and evidence strategies across therapeutic areas.
  • Present findings to internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, payers, healthcare providers, key opinion leaders, and conference audiences.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in outcomes research methods and analysis, including non-interventional study designs and statistical analyses.
  • PhD or master’s degree in health economics, outcomes research, health services research, public health, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in SAS and AWS; experience with R and AI/ML applications is required or preferred as specified in the role.
  • Knowledge of epidemiology, economics, psychometrics, medical writing, research hypotheses, study protocols, and statistical analysis plans.
  • Experience with healthcare data, including administrative claims, electronic medical records, hospital inpatient, clinical trial, and survey data.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10%, including international travel.
