Operations Intermediate Specialist - Foreign Exchange (FX) Services

Location: Jersey City, United States

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 annual base salary plus an annual target bonus

What you will do

• Process, enter, validate, confirm, and settle foreign exchange trades.
• Coordinate between FX traders in New York, Tokyo, and London, relationship managers, and pre- and post-execution operations teams.
• Monitor emerging-market currency activity with traders and local market subcustodians.
• Identify and coordinate the resolution of technical issues affecting FX systems and portals.
• Support risk and compliance controls, reporting, client inquiries, reconciliations, discrepancies, and investigations.
• Drive process improvements and coordinate communication across global FX Services teams.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access.
• Strong attention to detail and client service skills.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
