Production Specialist (Wafer Fab)

Location: Lowell, Massachusetts, United States; fully onsite with no remote option

Hourly pay: $17–$27 per hour

What you will do

• Perform wafer fabrication processes for semiconductor devices in a cleanroom environment.
• Operate standard wafer fabrication equipment according to procedures and safety guidelines.
• Follow written specifications and maintain strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Record and enter operational data in logs, forms, and digital systems.
• Perform related duties supporting overall manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0–2 years of experience, preferably in a wafer fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work under close supervision and follow instructions.
• Willingness and aptitude to learn job tasks and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with coworkers.
• Must provide proof of US citizenship, permanent US residency, or protected-individual status under US export-control requirements.
