Forward Deployed Infrastructure Engineer, New Grad - US Government

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii, United States; hybrid workplace

Salary: $135,000–$145,000 per year, plus potential restricted stock units, sign-on bonus, and other incentives.

What you will do

• Operate and support hirify.global software through monitoring, alerting, configuration management, upgrades, and production on-call participation.
• Deploy hirify.global products at customer sites and migrate deployments to modern infrastructure types.
• Debug, improve, and optimize services and infrastructure for reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Automate manual operations, workflows, processes, and runbooks.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for production incidents and help diagnose, resolve, and prevent recurring issues.
• Develop infrastructure solutions in the Foundry and Apollo platforms.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background in computer science, mathematics, software engineering, physics, data science, or a related field.
• Strong coding skills in Java, Go, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Experience troubleshooting complex systems using observability tools and service logs.
• Familiarity with large-scale production systems, distributed systems, load balancing, monitoring, or configuration management.
• Active US security clearance, or eligibility and willingness to obtain a US security clearance.
• Ability to work autonomously, adapt to changing objectives, and collaborate effectively across functions.
