Lead Supply Chain Tech

Location: North Aurora distribution center, United States. Onsite role with a schedule that varies according to operational needs.

Salary: $28.20 per hour.

What you will do

• Review order fill at the SKU level after each wave across bulk, pick-to-route, and pick-to-store operations.
• Identify and close service gaps through reruns, inbound execution, and corrective actions before final dispatch.
• Communicate order-fill and on-time-delivery metrics and major service impacts to distribution center and sales teams.
• Support inbound scheduling, high-impact unloads, replenishment prioritization, and scanning compliance.
• Complete Oracle shipment updates and investigate claims, returned-product transactions, and daily scrap.
• Identify root causes and collaborate with service, sales, bakery, distribution center, and planning teams to improve inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• One year of customer service experience in distribution center operations, supply chain, or logistics is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving service gaps.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule aligned with operational needs.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and Oracle systems is a plus.
