Warehouse Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Stockton, California, United States; onsite warehouse role

Salary: $27.35–$36.23 per hour

What you will do

• Lead shipping and receiving team members and support warehouse operations.
• Coordinate finished-product loading, trailer locations, and communication with warehouse equipment operators.
• Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and purchase-order documentation.
• Communicate with carriers to coordinate timely collection and loading of finished products.
• Review operator and carrier data in the tracking platform.
• Maintain food safety practices and SQF System requirements while escalating equipment, process, and product deviations.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, in the position, and managing people or projects; six years preferred.
• High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle, and storage systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication, conflict-resolution, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to complete the essential functions of a Warehouse Associate position.
• No travel is required; the role is based onsite in Stockton, California.
