What you will do
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple IT infrastructure and deployment projects in line with PMO standards.
- Define project scope, schedules, resources, risks, budgets, deliverables, and work breakdown structures across multiple sites.
- Coordinate network, infrastructure, service desk, security, telecommunications, and other internal IT teams.
- Manage ISPs, hardware providers, field service vendors, SOWs, SLAs, circuit installations, and service readiness.
- Lead end-to-end IT onboarding for new practices, acquisitions, and expansion sites, including deployment of firewalls, switches, wireless solutions, computers, printers, phones, VoIP, and telephony.
- Lead site-readiness assessments, go-live execution, command-center support, post-go-live stabilization, issue resolution, and transition to operational support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, IT, or business-related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Experience managing multi-site IT deployments, rollouts, or practice onboarding initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including networking, telecommunications, and end-user computing.
- Experience coordinating vendors and field service implementations in a large, matrixed organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, SharePoint, Teams, and project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or Kanban.
