Jr. Manager, Solutions (Music Distribution)

What you will do

• Represent administrative teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to Orchard clients.
• Address client issues, gather feedback, and advocate for client needs internally.
• Coordinate onboarding and serve as the main contact for operational questions across the organization.
• Verify release metadata compliance and status changes with relationship management and rights management teams.
• Advise on product logistics and manage complex digital release setups for labels and campaigns.
• Troubleshoot high-volume inbound requests and coordinate reliable, timely solutions.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Patient, empathetic, and an effective communicator across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Resourceful problem solver who takes initiative and can troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, attention to detail, and follow-through skills.

• Multilingual skills.
• Prior experience with CRMs.
