Intune & M365 Administrator (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own the implementation, administration, and ongoing management of Microsoft Intune, including enrollment, compliance, conditional access, security baselines, patching, and application deployments.
• Support Microsoft Defender administration and configure M365 tenant security in line with best practices and Microsoft Secure Score guidance.
• Monitor Azure and M365 security, respond to incidents, track cases in ServiceNow, and maintain M365 and Intune metrics.
• Participate in Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention planning and implementation, acquisition onboarding, email migrations, and tool deployments.
• Provide Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365 administration, including disaster recovery testing and routine server maintenance.
• Deliver second-level support, contribute to IT audits and security policy maintenance, and coordinate with vendors and internal support teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Advanced Microsoft Intune administration experience, including enrollment, compliance, conditional access, configuration profiles, software deployments, and update rings.
• Experience with M365 security baselines, endpoint hardening, BitLocker, Active Directory, NTFS security, Group Policy, application packaging, and deployment.
• Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and MFA solutions such as Duo.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends, sometimes with little notice; willingness to travel less than 5%.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Purview or a similar DLP solution.
• Familiarity with Azure Arc, enterprise SIEM solutions such as Microsoft Sentinel, and security frameworks including NIST, ISO, COBIT, or MITRE.
