Software Engineer (Precision Agriculture)

What you will do

• Analyze business, customer, and technical requirements and translate them into software solutions.
• Design, develop, test, debug, maintain, and enhance software applications, components, and system functionalities.
• Integrate software with hardware, electronic, and mechanical components.
• Participate in software architecture, detailed programming, system design, validation, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with R&D, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Testing teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and apply coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, and testing methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Previous experience in software development, systems development engineering, embedded software, application development, or a similar technical role.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, testing, debugging, validation, and deployment processes.
• Experience with one or more of C, C++, C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in industrial, automotive, agricultural technology, or electro-mechanical product environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing tools, test management systems, databases, IoT, cloud platforms, communication protocols, or embedded systems.
• Knowledge of an additional foreign language.
