Offensive Cyber Operations AI Principal Investigator

What you will do

• Lead a team designing and implementing LLM and neural network infrastructure across on-premises, cloud-hosted, and token-based API environments.
• Assess and integrate state-of-the-art open-weight and commercial LLMs into offensive cyber operations tools.
• Develop rapid prototyping and evaluation processes that translate AI research into deployable capabilities and products.
• Lead AI-enhanced fuzzing and vulnerability discovery frameworks using genetic search algorithms, coverage-guided analysis, source analysis, and exploit development techniques.
• Collaborate with a large engineering organization to deliver and iterate new offensive cyber capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with LLMs, neural networks, and modern machine learning frameworks across multiple deployment models.
• 7+ years of experience in vulnerability research, exploit development, or offensive cyber operations, with a demonstrated record of capability delivery.
• Expert knowledge of genetic search algorithms, coverage-guided fuzzing, AFL++, and automated vulnerability discovery.
• Deep understanding of ARM64 and x86/x64 assembly, microarchitecture, exploit mitigations and bypass techniques, operating system internals, memory management, and process isolation.
• Advanced proficiency with IDA Pro, Ghidra, Binary Ninja, GDB, LLDB, and WinDbg.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
