Senior Analyst - Revenue

Location: Taguig, National Capital Region (Manila), Philippines. The role may require shifts aligned with global assignments in the Americas, EMEA, and Asia, plus up to 0–5% international travel.

What you will do

• Execute daily revenue accounting operations, period close activities, and financial reporting in line with service-level agreements and compliance requirements.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and valid accounting records for sales, returns, billing adjustments, revenue recognition, cut-off, and rebate processes.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and analyze complex transactions, accounting variances, process exceptions, and root causes.
• Support internal and external audits, legal authorities, and the maintenance of effective internal controls under SOX requirements.
• Partner with finance stakeholders and subject matter experts to communicate accounting concepts, maintain documentation, and ensure global process alignment.
• Identify control gaps and inefficiencies, then implement improvements through process simplification, automation, standardization, and data-driven analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in accounting, finance, or a related business discipline.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Experience learning complex processes quickly and working effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluent English required.
• Ability to work shifts aligned with global assignments and travel internationally up to 0–5%.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, MBA, or other financial certification.
• Shared-service-center or BPO experience, especially in a global account-to-report function.
• Knowledge of Power Tools, VBA macros, and US GAAP accounting.
• Experience working with large data sets and using data to support decision-making.
• Additional language skills.
