Customer Retail Manager (CPG)

Location: Virtual, USA; must be located in Minneapolis, MN. The role requires regular work in stores as early as 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday, based on business needs.

Salary: $68,900–$86,100 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Drive selling, merchandising, distribution, shelving, new-item, void-closure, and reset activities at store level.
• Execute customer agreements and promotional programs to achieve revenue, distribution, and share targets.
• Monitor pricing and pursue promotional and incremental sales opportunities.
• Develop customer relationships and communicate store-level feedback and strategic opportunities.
• Coordinate with agency counterparts, Account Leads, Customer Sales Management, and team leadership.
• Use category and store performance insights to identify and maximize growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be located in Minneapolis, MN.
• Valid driver's license and favorable driving record.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in stores as early as 7:30 AM Monday through Friday and during weeks preceding critical business needs.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Ability to use statistical skills to evaluate and communicate category performance and store opportunities.

Nice to have

• Previous selling, merchandising, or customer service experience.
• Consumer packaged goods experience, especially in the grocery channel.
