Sourcing Manager II (Data Center Solutions)

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; hybrid work. Travel of at least 10% is required.

Compensation range: $105,000–$195,000 annually, with potential eligibility for additional compensation such as annual incentives.

What you will do

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, delivery, and supply continuity across assigned categories.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve savings, reduce risk, and support business objectives.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to align sourcing activities with business needs.
• Identify and mitigate supplier and supply chain risks through planning, performance monitoring, and contingency strategies.
• Drive supplier performance through scorecards, business reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead supplier selection, contract management, and capacity planning while using data, analytics, and market intelligence to evaluate suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a relatively large supply chain organization is preferred.
• Experience directly managing complex categories and negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to adapt in a high-growth environment.
• Passion for leading and developing people.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 10%.
