BMS / SCADA Specialist - Data Center Specialist (Data Center)

Location: Saudi Arabia; onsite

What you will do

• Lead BMS and SCADA activities across design review, configuration, installation support, testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing, and final handover.
• Review system architecture, points lists, network topology, control schematics, sequences of operation, and graphics against project requirements and data center best practices.
• Configure, program, test, and troubleshoot controllers, servers, field devices, HMIs, databases, and alarm management systems.
• Integrate electrical, mechanical, fire alarm, DCIM, and third-party systems using BACnet, Modbus, SNMP, and OPC.
• Coordinate with commissioning managers, MEP engineers, vendors, OEMs, IT/network teams, contractors, and client representatives during FAT, SAT, site testing, and IST.
• Prepare technical documentation, support operator training and handover, and assist with post-handover optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Control Systems, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience with BMS and SCADA systems, including 3–5+ years preferred on data center or mission-critical projects.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, ABB, or Rockwell.
• Proficiency in BACnet IP/MSTP, Modbus TCP/RTU, OPC, and SNMP.
• Understanding of data center operations, N, N+1, and 2N redundancy concepts, and alarm management.
• Ability to interpret control drawings, network diagrams, and sequences of operation.
