Senior Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, London office at least three days per week

What you will do

• Translate customer priorities and problem statements into high-impact Agentic AI use cases during enterprise sales cycles.
• Design and lead proof-of-value projects combining customer data, ML/AI models, and the hirify.global platform.
• Build technical prototypes, demos, integrations, and production-grade workflows on the Agentic Decisioning Platform.
• Partner with Sales, customers, and technology partners to secure technical wins and communicate implementation roadmaps to senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Share prospect insights and competitive intelligence with Product Management to shape the AI product roadmap.
• Create reusable collateral, tools, and best practices for the Solutions Engineering function.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience writing production Python code.
• Experience navigating complex enterprise organizations and working with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to plan and manage technical scopes for proofs of concept and evaluations across multiple high-stakes prospects.
• Experience supporting high-contract-value enterprise deals through discovery, strategic positioning, and technical objection handling.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model from the London office at least three days per week.
• Strong customer focus, collaboration skills, and a growth mindset.

Nice to have

• 3–5 years of experience in enterprise Solutions or Sales Engineering in B2B SaaS, or senior technical consulting.
• Understanding of REST API design, integration, and authentication.
• Experience building, tuning, or deploying production ML models with scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Experience with AI use cases in financial services, such as fraud detection, credit scoring, or underwriting.
• Financial services domain expertise across banking, insurance, capital markets, or payments.
