Senior Solution Engineer

Overview

Join to help transform customers' decisioning infrastructure using AI and ML technologies. Collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver value and shape product roadmap.

What you will do

• Translate customer priorities into impactful use cases during sales and customer lifecycle.
• Lead design and execution of proof-of-value projects combining customer data, ML/AI models, and platform.
• Build technical prototypes and demos simulating production-grade workflows.
• Collaborate with partners and customers to design solutions on the platform.
• Communicate value and strategic roadmap to senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Onboard and support customer teams with Python coding and problem solving.

Requirements

• English: Excellent written and spoken English required
• 3-5 years in enterprise solution engineering, technical customer success, or senior consulting in B2B SaaS.
• Understanding of REST APIs and experience with ML model deployment.
• Experience or interest in AI use cases in financial services is a strong plus.
• Domain expertise in financial services industry preferred.
