Lead Solution Engineer

Overview

As a Lead Solutions Engineer, you will take ownership of transforming customers' decisioning infrastructure, helping them optimize and automate complex business decisions using state-of-the-art technology, including AI. You will operate as a strategic technical leader, guiding customers to achieve their strategic goals using hirify.global. You will work in partnership with hirify.global's Sales Team, ensuring customers get value throughout their entire lifecycle.

What you will do

• Define and translate customers' strategic priorities into scalable use cases, leveraging hirify.global during the sales process.
• Own the end-to-end design and execution of high-stakes proof-of-value projects, bringing together customer data, ML/AI models, and hirify.global’s platform.
• Collaborate with partners and customers to design and build solutions in hirify.global's Decisioning Platform.
• Lead proof-of-value projects and communicate the value opportunity to senior stakeholders, up to C-level executives.
• Influence hirify.global’s product roadmap by translating customer insights into scalable product solutions.
• Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools to scale knowledge across the solution engineering function.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Enterprise Solution Engineering, technical Customer Success, or as a Technical Consultant in a B2B SaaS company.
• General understanding of REST APIs.
• Experience building, tuning, or deploying ML models in production settings.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Experience with AI use cases in financial services.
• Comfortable explaining how a model works to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Domain expertise in the financial services industry.
