Customer Service Specialist

Location: San Antonio, Texas, at One hirify.global; training takes place onsite at the One hirify.global campus.

What you will do

• Answer inbound and outbound calls from banking customers through 24/7 contact centers.
• Identify customer issues, troubleshoot problems, research accounts, and use multiple tools to fulfill requests.
• Partner with other business lines to determine and deliver suitable solutions.
• Use independent judgment and manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Complete an eight-week training and development program, including a four-week Telephone Customer Service course.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including weekends, is required.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or banking.
• Experience working in a customer contact center.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications.

Nice to have

• At least 30 hours of completed college coursework.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
