Sr Director Corporate Development

What you will do

• Lead the full M&A lifecycle, including market scanning, target identification, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, closing, and divestitures.
• Build a pipeline of opportunities across broadband, fiber, wireless, and adjacent infrastructure sectors.
• Develop financial models, valuation analyses, scenario plans, and executive materials for senior leadership, the Board, and investment committees.
• Assess industry trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory developments, build-versus-buy decisions, partnerships, and capital allocation options.
• Oversee post-close integration planning, synergy targets, change management, KPI tracking, and value capture.
• Partner with finance, legal, HR, operations, engineering, technology, executives, and external partners to execute strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, JD, or another advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, investor relations, or strategy.
• Demonstrated success executing M&A transactions in telecom, broadband, fiber, wireless, or infrastructure-adjacent industries.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal-structuring expertise.
• Understanding of telecom economics, network operations, and federal, state, and local regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, executive presentation, judgment, discretion, and cross-functional leadership skills.
