Sr. Associate, Corporate Development (Blockchain)

What you will do

• Support M&A and strategic investment activity from target screening and diligence through valuation, investment memos, deal structuring, and negotiation.
• Plan and execute post-merger integration, including integration theses, workstreams, and objectives.
• Prepare fundraising materials, data rooms, financial models, KPI reporting, timelines, and open-item tracking.
• Develop strategic business cases using market and competitive analysis, segment and use-case research, partnership economics, and execution roadmaps.
• Advise leadership through competitor, market structure, and emerging-model analysis, and prepare strategy communications.
• Build relationships with blockchain founders and industry leaders while developing a pipeline of opportunities.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, corporate development, or strategic finance.
• Direct ownership of at least one M&A or fundraising process from start to close.
• Genuine fluency in crypto; crypto-native work experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and market sizing skills, including in markets with limited or inconsistent public data.
• Exceptional written and visual communication skills, including executive-ready presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree and the ability to operate with ambiguity and broad ownership.
