Payments Associate

Location: Taguig, National Capital Region (Manila), Philippines; onsite role with up to 5% domestic and international travel. Shift: 3–12 pm.

What you will do

• Process and resolve invoices, including PO mismatches, system errors, discrepancies, and unmatched invoices.
• Monitor invoice workflows from validation through exception handling and status tracking while meeting defined SLAs.
• Investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with Procurement, Finance, BPOs, and suppliers.
• Extract, validate, and analyze data for reporting and audit requirements while maintaining accurate records.
• Apply invoice-processing controls, SOPs, tax and statutory requirements, and support audit requests.
• Identify workflow improvements and support standardization, automation, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, or finance operations.
• Strong understanding of invoice workflows, PO matching, and exception handling.
• Experience with SAP MM/FI preferred.
• Fluent English, written and oral, is required.
• Ability to work the 3–12 pm shift and travel domestically and internationally as needed.
