Accounts Payable Supervisor - Hybrid Role

Location: Cavite, Philippines; hybrid work aligned to AEST business hours, 7am–4pm PH time

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day Group Accounts Payable function and ensure accurate, timely invoice and payment processing.
• Drive process improvements through AI tools, AP automation, and ERP workflow optimisation, including Workday.
• Manage, train, and develop accounts payable specialists and provide performance guidance.
• Oversee vendor statement reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and partner with internal stakeholders on payment issues.
• Coordinate entity cash funding transfers and budget oversight to support cost savings.
• Support annual audits and deliver half-yearly Payment Times Reporting calculations.

Requirements

• At least five years of accounts payable experience, including two or more years in a supervisory role.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives in accounts payable or finance.
• Proficiency with AP automation tools and ERP systems; Workday experience is highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in a medium-to-large, complex organisation and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from Cavite and align with AEST business hours.
