What you will do
- Oversee the daily operations of a team of 2–7 in Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense.
- Supervise invoice processing, employee reimbursements, payment proposals, electronic transfers, checks, and wires.
- Resolve escalated invoice, payment, and accounts payable inquiries with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage employee expense audits in Concur and perform periodic compliance reviews.
- Develop AP reports, expense KPIs, training materials, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train, mentor, and assess analysts while maintaining strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, expense auditing, or financial management.
- Strong leadership, communication, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial software and Oracle.
- Solid understanding of payables and expense processes and best practices.
- Fluent written and spoken English and proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin are required.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Chartered Accountant designation.
