Data Scientist Senior - People Analytics & Quantitative Insights (Machine Learning)

What you will do

• Partner with HR stakeholders to identify analytical opportunities using workforce data.
• Lead data gathering, processing, mining, and analysis across large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms to predict business outcomes and recommend actions.
• Design dashboards and visualizations that connect HR metrics with business outcomes.
• Lead analytical experiments focused on product and process optimization.
• Present data-driven insights and collaborate with data architects, analysts, engineers, and visualization experts.

Requirements

• Master’s degree preferred; an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Experience with quantitative analysis, statistical reasoning, data modeling, data mining, and machine learning.
• Proficiency with SAS, Python, or R and query/database access tools.
• Ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
