What you will do

• Provide Battlespace Awareness expertise and counsel to senior leadership supporting USW(I&S) BA Portfolio management.
• Review and evaluate ISR and environmental systems, processes, and programs across DoW and IC to optimize the BA Portfolio.
• Develop guidance, data collection strategies, business rules, and evaluation criteria for BA Portfolio management.
• Analyze large data sets and develop data analytics and visualization tools to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Maintain data-analytic dashboards to support capabilities-based decisions across DoW components and IC.
• Conduct research, draft formal positions, prepare briefs and staff packages ensuring compliance with OSW policies.
• Manage electronic file systems (NIPR, SIPR, JWICs) according to NARA rules and regulations.

Requirements

• TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility required
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years supporting battlespace awareness programs within the DoW
• Professional proficiency in English
• Authorization to work full-time in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication skills and self-starter mindset
