Loan Post Closing Specialist I

What you will do

• Verify loan system information against the Shaw system and correct rates, schedules, codes, and addresses.
• Set up tracking systems for exceptions, insurance, ARM adjustments, and other follow-up items.
• Prepare loan packages for imaging and maintain post-closing documentation.
• Complete county and state filings for UCCs, deeds of trust, warranty deeds, extensions, and liens.
• Research loan inquiries, exceptions, and errors, and perform adjustments in the Shaw loan system.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team, meet deadlines, and handle large volumes of work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of loan documentation, general ledger, and collateral perfection.
• Experience with commercial and real estate loan documentation.
• Experience with Laser Pro and the Shaw loan system.
