What you will do

• Support fundraising processes for private credit funds by drafting marketing materials, due diligence documentation, proposals, questionnaires, and presentations.
• Respond to ongoing and ad-hoc investor requests, prepare portfolio updates and case studies, and maintain fund- and portfolio-level talking points.
• Maintain investor pipelines, diligence trackers, data room materials, access permissions, and fundraise trackers in DealCloud.
• Conduct market research using Preqin and other sources, and produce data requests and reporting materials with Fund Management.
• Coordinate investor roadshows, diligence sessions, meetings, conferences, agendas, presentation materials, and preparation sessions.
• Build professional relationships with Credit Sales, Product, Investment, Fund Management, Legal, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a strong record of academic excellence.
• Understanding of financial markets and experience with credit strategies.
• Relevant experience in investor relations, business development, private credit, investment banking, capital markets, asset management, or placement agency work.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, learn complex systems, and collaborate effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems, including DealCloud.
• Ability to manipulate reporting platforms and systems to obtain usable limited partner data.
