What you will do

• Design digital block architectures and determine optimal partitioning and system interfaces.
• Implement designs through RTL coding following quality guidelines.
• Integrate digital blocks, memory interfaces, and bus matrices into complex SoC infrastructures.
• Execute block-level and SoC-level verification using directed and random testing methods.
• Develop embedded firmware to support SoC validation and performance verification.
• Create technical documentation, including reference manuals and datasheet material.

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s in Microelectronics, or Bachelor’s in Electronics Engineering with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong grasp of engineering fundamentals and ASIC/SoC design methodologies.
• Experience with RTL coding and digital circuit architecture.
• Knowledge of microcontroller embedded systems and bus interfaces.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Tcl.
• Ability to perform design reviews and document technical requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with low-power design implementation.
• Knowledge of Cortex-M based architectures.
• Verification experience using UVM or performance verification tools.
• Design for Testability (DFT) skills including scan test and ATPG.
