General Ledger and Reporting Team Leader

What you will do

• Manage the general ledger team and ensure service delivery against SLAs and quality standards.
• Monitor team and process performance against objectives and KPIs.
• Coach employees, conduct performance reviews, and support recognition and development initiatives.
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Eurofins departments and manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Support transition projects and other business requirements.

Requirements

• Experience managing teams in a BPO or SSC environment, preferably in general ledger operations.
• Experience managing performance against Service Level Agreements and customer relationships.
• Proactive problem-solving approach, flexibility, and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent qualification.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX.
