Business Development Manager (RegTech)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; the role focuses on business development across the GCC.

What you will do

• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across the GCC.
• Sell Human Risk Management solutions, including digital KYC and KYE platforms, employment background screening, due diligence, and third-party risk management.
• Build relationships with Compliance, Risk, HR, Procurement, and C-level decision-makers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature.
• Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial proposals while achieving sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of successful B2B business development or sales experience within the GCC.
• Experience selling services to financial institutions, multinational corporations, luxury brands, technology companies, or other regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML, background screening, due diligence, risk management, and compliance solutions.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience selling SaaS, RegTech, compliance technology, or digital platforms.
• An established network in financial services or luxury industries.
• Arabic or additional language proficiency.
