Training and Compliance Data Specialist (Data Analytics/AI): Improving data quality and visibility across the EIT training lifecycle through program administration, compliance reporting, and KPI tracking with an accent on data analysis, workflow improvement, and stakeholder communication. Focus on building dashboards and reports, analyzing large datasets, and applying SQL, Python, cloud platforms, and basic AI knowledge to training operations.
Location: Houston, Texas, United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

What you will do
- Improve data quality and visibility across the full EIT training lifecycle.
- Assist with administration of the EIT program.
- Support internal and external stakeholders with sourcing EIT talent when needed.
- Develop KPIs and track program deliverables.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for data workflows and processes.
- Prepare compliance reports and explain findings to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience working with large datasets or conducting business process analysis is preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals or basic AI proficiency.
- Ability to explain analytical findings to management and other stakeholders.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboard tools.
- Oracle/APEX programming experience.
- Python or cloud platform experience, including Snowflake.
