Warehouse Supervisor (f/m/d) (Automotive)

hirify.global, operating through Vibracoustic de México S.A. de C.V., is hiring for warehouse operations in the automotive industry.

What you will do

• Manage trials, non-productive materials, productive materials, MRO shipments, and shipping and receiving records.
• Ensure timely material feeding to production lines and track daily material transfers to prevent downtime.
• Maintain FIFO processes and achieve 99% inventory accuracy for finished goods and raw materials.
• Supervise warehouse clerks, conduct daily staff meetings, and communicate actions to warehouse operators.
• Coordinate with customer service and MRP controllers on material shortages, shipments, cycle counts, and customer requirements.
• Maintain warehouse facilities, returnable packaging, forklifts, scanners, and other equipment while enforcing safety and 5S standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of warehouse logistics, inventory administration, material planning, production planning, ERP, warehousing, supplier management, and cycle counts.
• Experience managing customer and supplier issues, including backlogs and complaints.
• Knowledge of SAP MM, Sales, PP, ASN, import-export, EDI 830/862/857, and customer platforms including GM, Ford, FCA, VW, and Tier 1 platforms.
• Intermediate English; proficiency is evaluated during the HR or area interview.
