Senior Streaming Partnerships Manager (9 Month FTC) (Streaming)

Location: UK & Ireland, United Kingdom, London; the role includes regular in-person partner meetings.

What you will do

• Manage relationships between hirify.global UK label teams and streaming platforms, serving as the point person for a key label.
• Manage hirify.global’s relationship with Spotify and maximize visibility for artist releases.
• Educate internal teams on artist positioning, fan engagement, and audience growth best practices.
• Develop and execute bespoke artist partnership campaigns with internal stakeholders and platform partners.
• Plan and host regular in-person partner meetings to present and introduce artists.
• Manage the pitching process for new releases and priority projects.

Requirements

• Experience in the music industry, digital music, entertainment, media, or technology.
• Strong knowledge of Spotify, streaming strategy, and the wider digital service provider landscape.
• Experience building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and collaborating across internal and external teams.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to use data and insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent organization, time management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
