Data Quality Analyst

Location: On-site in Arlington, Virginia, United States. Up to 10% occasional travel is required.

Salary: $85,000–$184,000 per year.

What you will do

• Monitor and ensure data integrity and accuracy across the Advana platform.
• Develop data quality assessment frameworks, rules, validation checks, audits, and documentation.
• Investigate anomalies and root causes, coordinate remediation with data owners and stewards, and track quality metrics.
• Establish data quality monitoring and alerting, including cleansing and enrichment procedures.
• Collaborate with data engineers to implement quality controls in data pipelines.
• Support data governance, train users on data quality practices, and evaluate quality tools.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Junior level: 0–3 years of experience and a bachelor's degree; Journeyman level: 4–7 years; Senior level: 8+ years.
• Professional proficiency in English, strong communication skills, and a self-starter mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• GSEC, SSCP, or Security+ certification for Junior/Journeyman roles; CCISO, CISM, CISSP, or GSLC certification for Senior roles.
