Advanced Market Research & AI Strategy Director

Location: Costa Mesa, Woodland Hills, Grand Prairie, Atlanta, Tampa, or New York, United States; in-office three days per week and within commuting distance of an office.

Salary: $165,200–$297,360 annually for roles based in California or New York.

What you will do

• Monitor advanced AI research tools, methodologies, pilot applications, and digital health innovations.
• Analyze competitor AI investments, pilot programs, and market positioning across healthcare and financial services.
• Author, own, and execute a multi-year AI insights roadmap aligned with business-unit, enterprise, and CIO-level priorities.
• Use forecast models, scenario analysis, qualitative measures, and financial insights to identify opportunities and develop action plans.
• Translate complex AI, market research, and technology concepts into executive reports and presentations for senior leadership and the Board.
• Design, hire, and manage a specialized insights team while partnering with planning and executive leaders.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent background.
• At least 10 years of experience in data collection and analysis, IT consulting, IT performance management, strategy, financial planning, business intelligence and analytics, or business process design.
• Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of one of the listed offices and work onsite three days per week.
• Experience researching technology and business trends and advising senior management on IT strategy.
• Experience developing multi-year plans, strategic initiatives, and accurate financial insights.
