EMEA Trade Terms Specialist

What you will do

• Implement seasonal Trade Terms frameworks across EMEA countries, sales channels, and strategic accounts.
• Translate regional guidelines into localized discount rules, customer budgets, and Minimum Order Value requirements.
• Collect and validate commercial terms or package requests and coordinate approvals with sales management.
• Document seasonal rules and create training materials for Trade Terms and MOV usage.
• Perform SOX and recurring compliance controls, track deviations, and report margin and business risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Merchandising, Customer Service, country leaders, and channel teams.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Finance, Business Analytics, Controlling, Sales Support, or a similar function.
• Finance-related experience and understanding of seasonal commercial processes, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Strong process management, analytical, problem-solving, coordination, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience with reporting, dashboards, process tracking, or project management tools.
• Knowledge of project and change management methodologies; governance or compliance experience is advantageous.
• Fluent English required; French is strongly advantageous. SAP or another order management/business system is a plus.
