Securitised Derivatives Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support business initiatives to grow the Warrants & Certificates franchise across hirify.global markets.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, pricing models, and market statistics to support commercial decisions.
• Support relationships with issuers, distributors, liquidity providers, regulators, and other market participants.
• Monitor regulatory developments and prepare analyses and responses related to structured products.
• Contribute to projects improving listing, trading, and post-trade processes, including requirements gathering, testing, and documentation.
• Prepare reports, KPI dashboards, marketing materials, client communications, and industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial markets, consulting, or banking, including internships.
• Strong analytical, communication, organisational, and project coordination skills.
• Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in financial markets, derivatives, and structured products.
• Fluent French and English required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Python.
• Previous project management experience.
• Additional European languages.
