Hourly pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour

hirify.global develops medical devices, software, and related services for diagnosing and treating serious cardiopulmonary and respiratory conditions, including LifeVest, HFMS, and TherOx technologies.

What you will do

  • Create patient records and process new medical orders from Veterans Administration Medical Centers, hospitals, and physician offices.
  • Verify benefits, identify qualifying diagnoses, and review clinical documentation for LifeVest eligibility.
  • Obtain medical orders, clinical notes, testing, authorizations, and initial or recurring purchase orders.
  • Communicate purchase order requirements and insurance information with customers, VA medical centers, sales representatives, and internal departments.
  • Process VA purchase order credit cards, complete payer changes, and resolve intake orders.
  • Follow up on assigned tasks, fax documents, reimbursement coordination, and monthly performance requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 3 years of experience with insurance verification, end-to-end order processing, and account billing required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate multiple software systems, manage concurrent tasks under strict deadlines, and work with limited supervision.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to communicate policy information clearly and accurately.

Nice to have

  • At least 1 year of experience working with the Veterans Administration.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing, business, or a related field.
