Sr Supv Digital Quality (Data Quality and Automation)

Location: Warsaw, Masovian, Poland; the role may require up to 10% domestic and international travel to other sites and locations.

Salary: PLN 163,000–262,200 base pay annually.

What you will do

• Establish, monitor, and implement data quality standards, rules, and governance across supply chain systems.
• Investigate data discrepancies, anomalies, and root causes across master data, transactional data, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain data quality dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Identify manual and error-prone processes and implement automation using RPA, Power Automate, Python, SQL, and ETL pipelines.
• Build, test, and deploy automated workflows that improve reliability and reduce operational cycle time.
• Gather requirements, supervise issue resolution, prioritize initiatives, and communicate progress across supply chain teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain data management or analytics, focused on data quality and process automation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Power Automate, RPA, and ETL.
• Understanding of supply chain processes and master data domains, including materials, vendors, customers, BOMs, and inventory.
• Ability to assemble requirements and collaborate across multifunctional teams.
• Availability for up to 10% domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer health, or another regulated industry.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, data governance frameworks, and MDM tools.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Snowflake.
• Lean Six Sigma or project management certification.
