Junior Technical Operations Manager – AI & Automation (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Onboard third-party carriers and integrate their inventory through self-service, manual, hybrid, and API-based modes.
• Maintain accurate and reliable partner inventory across internal tools and integration workflows.
• Identify repetitive onboarding and inventory tasks and replace them with scripts, workflows, and automation.
• Prototype and apply AI tools for data checks, inventory quality assurance, document handling, and internal assistants.
• Work with engineers to resolve technical issues, improve partner and customer experience, and turn recurring problems into tooling improvements.
• Use data to measure automation impact and prioritize further operational improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in a technical, analytical, or business field, such as Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with data and automation tools, including spreadsheets, SQL, scripting such as Python, no-code/low-code automation, or AI tools.
• Thorough, detail-oriented approach and focus on clean, reliable data.
• Ability to set goals, structure work independently, and develop creative solutions for stakeholder needs.
• Fluent English required.
