Partnerships & Public Affairs Intern (AI)

What you will do

• Support public funding initiatives by drafting and coordinating grant applications for programs like IPCEI, Euratom, and German federal programs.
• Translate complex engineering inputs into compelling documents for partners and funding bodies.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows to streamline team operations, including CRM enrichment and reporting automation.
• Build and maintain an AI-assisted mapping of industrial partners and prospects.
• Own small end-to-end projects to improve communication and information flow across technical and business teams.

Requirements

• Background in energy, engineering, STEM, Mathematics, or business.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and a builder mindset.
• Fluent English required.
• German at C1 level is a very strong plus for grant-related work.
• Entrepreneurial track record or start-up experience is welcome.
