Forward Deployed Engineer

Location: Remote or hybrid; occasional travel to customer sites may be required.

What you will do

• Deploy, extend, and customize the platform for customer-specific requirements.
• Build scalable integrations, automation, and tooling around customer workflows.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their infrastructure, architecture, and technical goals.
• Translate field learnings into product improvements with product and engineering teams.
• Lead technical implementations and critical customer projects.
• Deliver proofs of concept, custom prototypes, and integrations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Python, Go, TypeScript, or Java.
• Strong understanding of cloud services, APIs, CI/CD, and containers.
• Strong production debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, or developer advocacy.
• Familiarity with machine learning, generative AI, or LangGraph.
• Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
