Field Mechanic (Hydraulic Fracturing)

Location: Midland, Texas, United States; field-based onsite work

What you will do

• Service, maintain, diagnose, and repair hydraulic fracturing equipment pumps and pneumatic systems.
• Install or replace new and reconditioned parts and create work orders for discovered issues and completed repairs.
• Maintain maintenance records, order parts through Power Apps, and prepare daily quality-control reports.
• Communicate equipment failures to the Field Mechanic Lead or Supervisor and maintain service vehicles, parts trailers, and work areas.
• Drive company vehicles safely in all weather and road conditions.
• Follow HSE procedures, attend safety training and meetings, use PPE, and apply lockout/tagout and red-zone safety practices.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of mechanical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical associate degree or certificate is preferred.
• Current valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of hydraulic fracturing equipment, pump and blender operations, and key blender components.
• Familiarity with electronic instrumentation, automation equipment, Microsoft Office 365, and Power Apps.
• Ability to communicate, read, and write in English; ability to work 12+ hour shifts including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
