What you will do
- Own and develop the year-round engagement strategy for the Networks digital health leadership community.
- Build relationships with senior NHS stakeholders and government officials while strengthening community cohesion and sustainability.
- Convert community involvement into participation in Summer Schools, Rewired, webinars, and networking events, including delivering 300+ delegate attendance at Summer Schools.
- Identify speakers, new members, prospects, collaboration tools, and growth opportunities for specialist community groups.
- Lead the Community Engagement Team, set targets, monitor workload, and manage engagement activity budgets.
- Work with marketing on recruitment and retention strategies, oversee sponsor deliverables, and report delivery and KPIs to the Managing Director.
Requirements
- Proven experience in community engagement with measurable outcomes and community-based project delivery.
- Experience leading and managing a team, setting strategies, and developing action plans.
- Track record of establishing and maintaining stakeholder partnerships, including working relationships with government stakeholders.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with strong initiative and decision-making skills.
- Interest in digital health or the health sector and a commitment to community empowerment, diversity, and inclusion.
