VP, Data Product Owner (Enterprise Data Products): Leading the strategy, prioritization, and adoption of enterprise data products that support decision-making, operational efficiency, and scalable analytics with an accent on business alignment, trusted data capabilities, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on translating business needs into product roadmaps, embedding governance and security standards, and improving adoption across global teams.

What you will do
- Define and execute the enterprise data product strategy based on business priorities and operating needs.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize high-value data product opportunities with business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into product roadmaps, release priorities, and delivery plans.
- Coordinate product, data engineering, architecture, governance, and business teams.
- Establish product success measures, adoption plans, and feedback loops.
- Ensure data products meet governance, security, quality, operational, and lifecycle standards across regions and functions.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of enterprise data platforms, data products, analytics ecosystems, and scalable data foundations.
- Ability to assess business needs, prioritize opportunities, and balance feasibility, risk, and business value.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional alignment skills.
- Experience leading product initiatives across global teams and coordinating business and technology functions.
- Strong understanding of data governance, risk, controls, security, and operational standards.
Nice to have
- Experience in asset management, private markets, financial services, or another complex industry.
- Experience with data products supporting analytics, reporting, automation, or AI use cases.
- Familiarity with product operating models, agile delivery, and data governance frameworks.
- Advanced degree in business, technology, engineering, finance, or a related field.
